This is a room for rent to one person. Not couples or families. I currently host each room in the home. You would be sharing the entire living space. All bills included. You have a key to your room and their is camera surveillance. You will have a garage parking space. Cleaning services biweekly. Please let me know if you have any other questions before scheduling a viewing. I would really appreciate it if you could follow the house rules: 1. First and foremost, enjoy your stay. 2. I hope you enjoy the ambiance. I'm sure you'll do your best to preserve it by removing your shoes upon entrance. 3. Some of our guests may have pet allergies. We're sorry you won't be able to take your fluffy friends with you. 4. I ask you not to smoke inside the home, please. There is a front porch if necessary. 5. Our neighbors are nice people. We try to pay them back, asking our guests not to have parties and events inside. Here is some additional helpful information: -Kitchen: Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils. -Laundry: You also have access to the washer and dryer.
