We built this house in 2000 and have enjoyed the areas best schools and watched as the city of south Bend has moved into our little town. This neighborhood is very close to all of theconveniences of a large city except without the big city problems. Notre Dame is 12 minutes, Elkhart is 15, Lake Michigan is 35 and Chicago is 90 minutes to downtown.  We are moving because of a job change or would never leave this wonderful neighborhood and beutiful wooded subdivision of Barrington Woods.All of the appliances; stove, D/W, upstairs refrigerator and a spare in the downstairs utility room will stay with the house. The carpet is about three years old and the house interior was painted a couple of years ago. There is a gas fireplace in the living room.
