This three bedroom house is almost all brick siding and approx. 1300 square feet. It is close to Tyndall Air Force Base, shopping and beaches. There are two living areas and a large eat-in kitchen. The large utility room is also inside with a door to the back yard. For parking, there is a large two-car carport with a workroom for the hobby person in the family. The large back yard is fully fenced and has access from the rear street. 10;Pet policy: Pets are considered not guaranteed. All pets must be approved. Each home may have different criteria. If pet is approved there may be an additional pet rent charged. The amount will be determined by breed, size and number of animals. Application processing: We try to process all applications within 24 hours. Unfortunately we often have to wait on rental verifications from previous landlords. Therefore this is not a guarantee, it may take 48-72 hours to complete. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. Multiple applications received on the same day will be processed and submitted together for approval. All application fees are non- refundable.
