Animals are allowed.Landlord is responsible for water. Tenants will be responsible for electricity and gas. Over the winter, the current tenant pays $90-150 for the gas, $30-90 for electricity per month. The Unit is on the right side of the duplex, has in unit Landry and one car garage plus street parking. It has a raised garden for the gardener's over the summer; a shed to store your toys. Front yard has fire pit and party bench that previous tenants like to take advantage. It has a small fenced backyard for the pets.
The house will not be available until March 16th.

The house was originally built in the 70s and completely remodel by a reputable builder in town for his tow children. Once you move in, you can see the details such as finely fitted high quality cabinets, dish washer, double layered windows and such. Both sides of the tenants are medical professionals that are extremely nice and respectful. The otheriside are young couples who has a small child, and a well behaved golden retriever. I will introduce you to each other prior to the engagement.

2. You don't know have an eviction history and can pass a background check
3. Occupancy is less or equal to 5
4. You can afford at least $3900 move-in cost (rent plus security)
5. You are clean and your neighbor won't complain about loud parties.

(There is a $29 application fee paid to Zillow but you can apply for any properties on the website for free). I am very much looking forward to knowing you and your family.
