Looking for women who can rent long term (ideally at least a year). The room muffles outside noises well. Bookshelf is already in the wall. Can fit a twin or full size bed and a small couch/futon. The furnace, AC, and water heater are on the other side of the wall and provide great background/white noise for falling asleep too. Also gets cold due to being in basement; cold great in the summer, and when the furnace runs the room gets nice and cozy real fast. Shared bathroom with relaxing tiled shower. Shared living spaces and retired bar area that is currently used for storage. Kitchen is super spacious, great for cooking. Backyard includes a fireplace. Rent includes a FREE parking space in the garage. We don't have to do any lawn maintenance. The landlord does that for us. We do have to shovel our driveway when it snows. This is a sublet. The rent will renew in June 2026. We hope for a renter who can stay long-term. You can put nails in the wall if you want to use them to hang up decorations. Just use nails in moderation.
