Note: Due to the age of the cabin and an effort to minimize the wear and tear on the property, occupancy is limited to one person only. Renter is responsible for connecting electricity with City of Austin, along with trash service. Water/Wastewater paid by owner and resident pays $25/month toward this cost with rent. Resident responsible for reimbursing cost to fill propane tank. No smoking permitted in the units. Parking on trail near cabin. **Occupancy is limited to one person** Lease term is month-to-month with 30 day notice to vacate required.
