These homes in Mt Bonnell are very unique and for that reason, the owners have specific expectations that I want to share with you prior to scheduling a tour: (1) These cabins are limited to ONE person in each unit; (2) we ask that visitors are limited so that the peace & quiet is maintained; and (3) there are absolutely no parties or loud gatherings permitted. If you are looking for peace and quiet and are comfortable with nature, this could very well be the home for you! Resident is responsible for connecting electric services and trash/recycling/compost with City of Austin. Owner pays for water/wastewaster and resident will reimburse owner $30 monthly with rent. Pets permitted, 2 max, $350 pet deposit per pet as well as a vet statement that notes a full physical description as well as current vaccines.
