What I like about the house? It was built in 2007 so everything is new. It has a maintenance free exterior, very efficient to heat and cool. The house has hardwood floors, tile, and carpet throughout (amenities you only find in more expensive homes). It’s close to everything- restaurants, bars, river front, shopping, library, schools, daycare, etc. The property taxes have been frozen for the next several years due to being in the enterprise zone.
