Steam heat keeps place very comfortable. Easy indoor access to coin laundry and garbage via kitchen back door. Pets allowed. 1 year wait before renting out per board approval, no Air BnB. Last time I checked there were decent reserves with no upcoming special assessments. Taxes run just over $2000 yearly. Monthly $259 HOA which covers heat, water, snow removal, landscaping, maintenance, and garbage service (you place garbage in your own can right outside your back door, inside the building's stairwell).
