Renewing a three-month rent is possible with owner's permission. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included, all linens for baths, and both bedrooms, as well as shampoo and conditioner for one month. Soap for bathroom and kitchen, dishwashing detergent, toilet tissue and a few paper towel rolls are also included. A deposit (refundable if lease is broken 1 week before occupying). It is applied to rent when renter comes to take possession. Maximine of 4 people are welcomed. No smoking in house or garage. There is a wide driveway, and single car garage.
