VERY MOTIVATED. This is a great Beaverton location that's incredibly convenient to Hillsboro and Aloha, as well as a short ride on the MAX to Portland. Located off 185th, close to Hwy 26 and convenient to 217. It's just a 15 minute walk to either the Elmonica or the Willow Creek Max Station. My spouse has moved to our new home and I'm ready to be there too. First reasonable offer with cash in hand will be accepted.
