The shot glass cabinets on the wall contain a view into our travels. They are a representation of our appreciation for culture and diversity. As you migrate into the living room, you will find a 2-cushion pull-out couch with a chaise lounge, small living room glass table, 65-inch smart TV with numerous streaming options, 84-inch windows, Xbox, and double-sided gas fireplace. There is a half bathroom downstairs near the entry way door. On the opposite side of the fireplace, there is a breakfast seating area for 4 guests. The gourmet kitchen, with a seated bar for 2, has a smooth top range, full size French door refrigerator with filtered water, air fryer, microwave, and all the necessary kitchen essentials to chef-up your favorite meals. The kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, spices, a pizza stone, silverware, insta-pot, cutting boards, Tupperware, tea kettle, glassware, wine opener, and a full set of dishes, bowls, and mugs for your favorite hot beverage. Provided is a starter set of trash bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies, as well as, tea and coffee. This section of the home is next to the sliding glass door which leads to the semi-private backyard. For all your outdoor needs, you will have access to a wood burning fireplace, gas grill, charcoal grill, and smoker.
