The landlord is great and I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood and neighbors (lots of dogs haha). My landlord is open to writing the lease for as long as preferred, though I'd like to do at least a lease until May or June, but there's tons of flexibility on that - I really just care more that we get along and are a good fit for each other.
