This space has been a happy home to roommates, a couple and a couple + baby over the years in different variations. It was occupied by a family of four (couple + two kids) for a time but would say that is probably a squeeze!
Located just blocks from Union Station and the Metro Red Line. H Street, Union Market and Eastern Market along with their many grocery stores, restaurants, libraries and other amenities are very walkable. Getting around the city from this location is a breeze. Street parking is plentiful. The National Mall and Arboretum are quick jaunts away by bike or car.
The Dorset is a 24-unit condominium built in 1908. This unit is located on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator and stairs. Nice community, neighborly residents.
