This home is available for rent from September until April 30. On May 1, it becomes a summer vacation rental at a much higher weekly rate. The home has 2 bedrooms with 2 twins and a set of bunkbeds and a full bathroom on the first floor. There is a fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining area. The deck off the living area is the perfect spot for outdoor dining. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with 2 full beds and the other with 1 king bed and a private balcony. There is also a bathroom with a tiled shower on the second floor. In the basement, there is a washer and dryer and enough space to store bicycles or surfboards. By the basement entrance there is an outdoor shower. There is ample room in the 2 driveways to park 4 cars. This is temporary, seasonal rental only. The rental agreement is structured with a 30 day term, with the option to renew, at the owners discretion. Either party may exit the agreement, for any reason, with a 30 day notice. The rent rate does not include heat and utilities. The owner pays for water, sewer and yard and driveway maintenance. There is NO SMOKING allowed. Pets are not allowed.
