Well loved home but getting married and moving South. Sorry to leave this home and area but turning to the next chapter in my life. I made this Ranch- my home with a new driveway & paver walkway, roof, windows & gutters, repointed chimney, front door & garage door, solid 6 panel interior hardwood doors and trim, propane hookup w generator and newly replaced water softener. There’s a beautiful deep backyard and with a shed for a lawnmower, wheelbarrows and garden tools to store on the bench or overhead. Stone walls and woods to watch Deer, Turkey and an occasional Bear. The Bird feeding station is in perfect view from the covered Porch sitting on your high top enjoying a refreshment. River Road complex is a mile away to walk to or drive snd park to walk the track, play soccer/baseball/basketball. I-84 is within a couple of miles but you wouldn’t know sitting in the back yard gardening or relaxing.
