Having such a large driveway has been a huge plus as well as worrying about street parking is not fun. The neighborhood is also wonderful with easy access to the riverside walk/bike path making walking enjoyable. The neighbors in the house have all been absolutely lovely as well. The landlord is a wonderful person and incredibly responsive. Owner pays for water, heat and snow removal. Renter is responsible for electric.
