Ansley Park is Atlanta's premier intown neighborhood. It is located between Atlanta's signature Peachtree Street at the Woodruff Arts Center which houses the Atlanta Symphony, the Alliance Theater and the High Museum of Arts. Restaraunts and entertainment is located along Peachtree Street as well. The other side of the neighborhood is bordered by Piedmont Park with its walking and jogging trails, green spaces, tennis center, aquatic center, lake, playing fields and the Atlanta Botanical Center. There are four public parks located within the neighborhood. The broad, tree lined streets feature sidewalks and streetlights. The neighborhood is within 30 minutes of Atlanta's Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport, Emory University, Georgia Tech, Georgia State and the Atlanta University Center as well as Atlanta City Hall, Georgia State Capitol and all professional sports venues.
