It is on the second floor of a 3 family house with the landlord living on the first floor. The Kitchen was recently updated and has a new appliances. There is a washer dryer in the basement. The apartment has lots of windows so there is lots of natural light. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. there is hardwood throughout except in the office. It is situated in-between Harvard and MIT, close to Whole Foods and Trader Joes as well as the central sq T line. No more then 3 occupants please. Heat is paid by tenant which is gas. There is street parking with Cambridge permit. Renter is responsible for gas and electric and cable/wifi. Heat is not included. Cat allowed but NO Dogs. street parking with permit Owner requests first and last month's rent. tenant pays broker fee which is 1 month. No smoking recycling mandatory lease dates are flexible but it is available now but lease can begin within a reasonable time. So sooner then later, but end date of lease more flexible preferably between 6/1-9/1 2023 or 2024 owner lives in apartment below.
