Security deposit and first month rent due at signing. Pet rent is $20/cat/month, 2 cats maximum. No smoking allowed. The downstairs tenants are extremely quiet and courteous. The owners live a mile away and are very responsive. Gardeners welcome! There is a cherry bush and wildflower beds in the front yard, as well as blueberry and raspberry bushes in the backyard. Tenants are free to plant non aggressive/invasive plants within the beds. A pristine fire pit was just added, with firewood included. Owner is responsible for water, garbage removal, and landscaping. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, internet, and snow removal. No smoking allowed. Dogs are not allowed unfortunately.
