House has 2 living rooms, a large kitchen w/ island and dishwasher, central a/c and heat, washer/dryer in back laundry room area and a full sized back yard. The specific bedroom for rent is the one in the middle of the house, it doesn't have great light FYI (it's window looks into a very sunny laundry/patio area).
