We will consider 6 months lease with a monthly premium**. Water, Sewer, Gas, and Heat included in the low rent for this part of town! The Security Deposit begins at $600 and could be as much as one month's rent. Current specials include a combined Application and Administration fee (non-refundable) of $100. We also require a $100 Holding fee at the time of application, and this fee is transferable to a security deposit or is refunded if declined. **The management reserves the right to determine shortened leases and rates.
