It provides a perfect setting for gathering around our rectangular table to enjoy meals and drinks and discuss plans for your adventures. Enjoy a peaceful getaway in our calm and spacious three-bedroom accommodation. Each room has ceiling fans, clean linens, storage, and a private bathroom in the master suite. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, a smart TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms feature cozy queen-sized beds. The additional bathroom includes a bathtub for a relaxing experience. Parking on the premises. You can park up to 3 cars in our driveway. . Quiet Hours : Please be aware of quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This helps maintain a peaceful environment and our standing as courteous neighbors. . Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the premises. Rent is to be paid at the beginning of each month for the upcoming month. The attached one-car garage is used as storage by owners with supplies, etc., and is unavailable for use. Ample car parking space is available on the property for at least 3 cars. At the end of the lease, a $300 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
