New to rental market, newly updated. Hit the beach at Roma Court in our Vanderbilt Villas Condo. We rent by the week or Month ( 15% monthly discount for October, November, December, January), call for weekly rates. Call/text if you would like more pictures or info. Our Condo has 3 bedrooms ( King with master bath, Queen with adjacent bath and an office with Trundle bed. We can accommodate 4 adults, with a Trundle bed for additional 1-2 children. We have made several updates, new furniture, Master BR is new, new appliances, most kitchenware is updated, new Lanai Table and 4 chairs, updated bath fixtures. A small Pet can stay in unit if approved prior by HOA, and any quests have to fill out application to HOA, we pay the $150 fee. Our unit is turnkey with all linens, towels and bathroom needs included. We have beach chairs and umbrella, and 2 bikes with helmets and locks to use at your own risk. There is an electric grill in the Lanai, and a private covered parking spot near unit, as well as heated Pool very close to our unit. All TV's are Fire TV's, we have fiber optics Internet, No Cable. Delnor Wiggins State Park is walking distance or ride your bike, Shopping and a plethora of restaurants are close by, and you can rent water toys in Old Town Naples. Enjoy the sunny tropical weather, walk the beach, kick back at the pool, or enjoy the sites and scene around Naples. Our unit is super clean, and we are very responsive to any needs or advice needed during your stay. We'd love to Host your next getaway South. Steve and Donna Crum- Hosts For weekly renters, we require a deposit to hold the weeks requested , and prior to check in, final payment, and a refundable $500, damage deposit. We also per HOA rules require an application to be filled out, we pay the $150 fee. For monthly renters same rules apply and additionally if you are hoping to bring your favorite pet, our HOA has an application that has to be pre-approved. Only one small pet is allowed under 25 lbs, $175 one time fee. We do have a rules to follow page to agree to and sign, and we are a non - smoking facility. Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, Check, ACH deposit, we do not have credit card capability, but also you do not incur any booking fees other than a cleaning fee of $200, a Florida State tax of 12%, and Pet fee if applicable.
