Way back in. This cabin is remote & rustic. It has kerosene refrigerator and stove. Was wired for electric but not installed. Tri County poles not too far away. Only used recreational a couple weeks per year. Upstairs is used as one bedroom. Drilled well with a pitcher pump. Also a privy. With a few updates and a little TLC this can be a super recreational property.
