This beautiful and comfortable home is located in the heart of Old Town La Quinta a desirable location, close to restaurants, gyms, shops, the Sunday Farmer's Market, and much more. For bike lovers, bike lanes surround this home with easy access, and some of the great La Quinta hikes are just a short drive away. At the same time, the neighborhood is relaxing despite being close to so many amenities. The home has an open-concept living area complete with a sunroom. Two of the bedrooms have desks for those working remotely, so you will be well set up. The pool and spa are completed with a large wall waterfall, a unique and wonderful feature.
