This is a non smoking house and yard. Rent is $2850-a month, security deposit is $2850- fully refundable if there is no damage to the house or yard. There is a $400 refundable pet deposit, provided that there is no damage to the house and yard. The renters will share water, gas and electric costs based on the square footage of the house. 75%/25% The owner manages the property and will be the direct contact for our tenants.
