High ceilings, Designer light fixtures on dimmers and city lights set the mood. This is for only a 6 month rental. Great place to "land" here and get situated. This is the main house with a separate cottage on site. The living room, dining and one bedroom (queen bed) will be furnished (optional). Enjoy the cool temps and walk to Kula Lodge for diner. We will be applying for building permits during this time and may have county permit office inspectors and/or contractor stopping by to verify. We will give you notice as soon as we are informed of any requirement. And once permits are approved we will be putting on an addition. Permits may take 6-9 months.
