Rent is $1700 per month for 6 month leases and $1650 for leases 1 year or longer.
Within the past 3 years, the kitchen cabinets have been repainted white, a new extra durable roof was installed, solar panels were installed, a new water heater was installed, and a new fence was installed. The property has attic storage space as well as a storage shed in the backyard. The yard has a functioning sprinkler system and good quality lawn. All rooms in the home are very spacious!
The property comes with a working stove/oven unit and dishwasher. However, no fridge, washer, or dryer is included, though hook-ups are present. The house uses just electricity for heating/cooling/appliances, so you won't have to pay for any gas utilities.
Walls will be touched up from any previous nail holes/use from previous owners. The carpets will be cleaned between tenants. However, there is a small patch of stained carpet in the living area - a new rug will be supplied if desired to cover said stain until new flooring is installed.
The neighborhood is safe and friendly, sits within a good school boundary (Frenship ISD), and is close enough to a golf course to enjoy leisurely strolls there, but not close enough to catch any stray golf balls. It has quick access to the loop and all necessary commodities, but is removed from the busier parts of town.

Cats allowed with a one time $150 pet fee.
Weed control service will be paid for by the owners.
Electric bill will be a flat fee of $300/month paid to the owners.
All other utilities paid by the tenants.
Common maintenance (lawncare, air filters, cleaning, etc.) will be the responsibility of the tenants, whereas major unexpected repairs will be handled by the owners.
