This apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, Hulu Live TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The recently renovated kitchen features quartz counters and stainless appliances and is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and more. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four and has all the place settings. The spacious living room features upholstered furniture that provides comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television with both streaming and Hulu Live, and a desk. Each residence showcases artwork by local artist Nico Amortigui. Included in our amenity package are Nest toiletries. Ample storage in the apartment makes it ideal for long-term guests. On-site parking is available, and a workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes two 32" monitors, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Located in historic Elizabeth, this residence is conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte's healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Upton are a short ride away on the streetcar. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to Charlotte's most vibrant nightlife. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean). Just down the street is Independence Park, Charlotte's oldest park. Enjoy a pleasant 5-minute walk for easy access to uptown by using the Charlotte streetcar! Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the apartment or building. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
