On-site parking is available. A 7-day pass to Charlotte's Dowd Y fitness center is available for $50. A workstation, including a 32" monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse, is available for rent during your stay. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog (two maximum). If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog.
