In 2014, a full house remodel was completed. This included new granite counter tops, tile flooring, cabinets, and appliances. The bathrooms were updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets, tile flooring, etc. All woodwork was custom built. Light fixtures were updated to new fixtures with LEDS and ceiling fans were replaced. And, a new high-efficiency HVAC system was installed. Custom Oak French doors with leaded glass were installed for the dining room. In 2016, additional insulation was added to the attic. In 2017, a Solar System was added, which has 29 330watt LG panels with micro-inverters. At the same time, new Vellux low-E skylights were installed in the master bathroom and guest bath. In 2018, the house was repainted and new carpeting was installed throughout the house. In 2019, the house was wired for CAT-5, dual drops were installed throughout the house. A gig-switch was installed in the pantry where all rooms are terminated. In 2021, we installed natural Hickory hardwood floors throughout the house, plantation shutters in the living room, dining and bedroom/office. New LED lights were added in the kitchen and dining room. LED can lights were added in the living room and a new DC powered "propeller-type" ceiling fan. Curtains and hardware were replaced. Based boards were replaced throughout the house. This is a house in a Planned Unit Development. Landscaping, water, pool and maintenance is paid for by the HOA dues.
