The rent for this studio is $350-$425 per week depending on the term of lease. We also offer studio suites with a kitchenette available NOW at $299-$350 per week. All utilities - including electricity, internet, heating, A/C, water, and more - everything is included in the rent! We also offer FREE laundry rooms on-site in every building for your convenience. The move-in process is quick thanks to our easy-to-use software, where you can fill out your rental application, sign your lease, and pay your rent on one platform! We ask for a rental application fee of $65 as well as a refundable security deposit of $500. We are pet-friendly and allow one pet (small and large dogs, cats, etc.) may accompany you per room; there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee of $300 and a weight limit of 40 lbs.
