Upstairs is a 2nd smaller bedroom, full bathroom with jetted tub, and huge master bedroom with walk-out deck. The cabin comes furnished. Rent includes water and septic. Pets are more than welcome (with a pet deposit). You would be paying for electricity and any other services like internet, tv, and phone. We currently have those at the house set up in our name, so it would be an easy switch-over. In addition to the electric heat, there's a wood stove that keeps the house quite toasty.
