Located between Courtenay and Parksville: we are 5 minutes drive from Deep Bay Harbour, 5 minutes from Bowser, 25 minutes to Qualicum Beach, 30 minutes to Parksville/ Courtenay, 45 minutes to Nanaimo and 2.5 hours to Tofino. We use the standard BC Tenancy Rental Agreement that calls for work and previous rental references and a damage deposit of a half months rent. This is a medium term rental; 6 months with the opportunity to renew. No smoking, 1 approved pet.
