Beautiful early 1900s home that has been in our family since 1969. It has been through several remodels most recently in 2017. All new stain master carpet in all bedrooms and living room and new vinyl in bathrooms and kitchen. Hardwood floors in foyer and dining room. All new light fixtures, ceilings, and vanities in bathrooms. It is located on a double commercially zoned lot which is .81 acres and has plenty of off street as well as curb side parking if preferred. It is within walking distance of several major stores and shops (Dollar General is only a 7 minute walk) and the newly renovated downtown area is only a few blocks farther. There is plenty of back yard for kids to play or to have family events like barbecues or open fire cook outs. Even though it's on Main St. Dickson is a quiet town after 6:00 PM and traffic is extremely light after that. As you might be able to tell I have a very personal attachment to this house. My father and I remodeled this house together after he bought it in the late 60s and I have lived there several times over the years, most recently my wife and I lived there for almost ten years with our then newborn son. We only moved because I had health issues and was no longer able to get up and down the stairs where the large and recently renovated family room is located.
