There is a bowling alley, skating rink, clubs and so much more. This entire area is a friendly walking area and a very clean growing town. The owners might be interested in selling some furniture/household items, separate from the contract. This house is priced to reflect the finished basement, new AC, finished floors throughout and 6ft Cedar fence surrounding a huge backyard. Living on this street brings us peace. It is quiet and the neighbors are so friendly. After our moving van left in 2016, we already had a sweet couple from across the street wanting to take us out to dinner. How is that for friendly!
