Looking for a roommate for a private room with a shared bathroom (shared with only one other person) in Stanton Heights. The room is available starting in December or January for a roughly six-month lease, ending in May or June. Rent is $700 per month (all utilities + internet included). The house currently has another roommate and I (two guys) and two small dogs. We are potentially open to another small dog or a cat. Amenities include free laundry and free, easy on-street parking.
