There is a dining area with a table for four as well as a bar facing the living room with two bar stools. The living area has a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, wood burning stove, and a beautiful large skylight for an abundance of light. In the warmer months, individual window ac units will be provided by the owner for air conditioning through-out the house. The half acre level lot with lawn, fire pit, dining patio and comfortable deck offers space for relaxing, playing ball, or exploring nature. Take a 5 minute walk to Beach #4, playground, or enjoy abundant wildlife from adjacent state game lands! On this property, you will often see wild turkeys, deer, black bears, and more wondering through. You will find many amenities within the community itself but the home is also located approximately 20 minutes from shopping areas, casinos, outdoor recreation (skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc.). Please note Arrowhead Lake Community Association's temporary membership fees apply to all renters over the age of 12 as follows: $100/month (if less than a 6 month lease) or $240 total for a 6-12 months lease. Also includes lawn care and periodic snow removal. Tenants are responsible for taking their trash and recycling to the community trash center located at the entrance of the community.
