The best business opportunity i have seen, rated G for general commercial, which can be commercial, residential or both. Estimated value for the building used commercially totally fixed is around $350k to $525,000 and i estimate it needs at least 30k of work and modify it how you want for your needs. Plenty of built in equity. Every use is different but the numbers make financial sense.
