This home has been completely remodeled:   In 2006 the roof, sewer lines, doors, water heater, and electrical panels were replaced and central air conditioning was added, along with a rear covered patio. In 2010 the  entire interior was gutted and remodeled, the former carport, porch, and workshop were rebuilt and incorporated into the house, with multiple-height slab floors all leveled out to a single level, old carport walls torn down and replaced with cinderblock, all the ceilings and sheetrock pulled out and interior walls moved, air conditioning ducts replaced, interior wiring replaced, plumbing system completely replaced, etc etc etc. A detached office/garden-house with bath was added, along with a storage shed.
