There is NO access to roof in rear of building and the door shall remain locked, attic inside apartment MAY NOT be used for any purpose, but tenant may use the yard. The Landlord will not accept any government monthly assistance, pets, and requires tenant to produce a credit report. For safety reasons the staircase can not be blocked and tenant will be responsible to clean any ice and snow.
