I will include a 50" TV that is mounted to the wall, as well as a projector screen that is mounted to the ceiling for double the TV experience! I will include a dining table, queen size bed, twin sized bed, TV stand, end tables, etc. upon request. (willing to negotiate rent, and also include utilities into rent as well) The house as you see is how I have it laid out, and I am willing to leave many of the furniture upon requests! Owner pays for any uncalled for damages. Tenants pay for their own utilities.
