LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! If you want to live in Kansas City, Missouri, this is the place to be. It's a ten minute walk to The Plaza, a refined shopping district with the finest stores, restaurants, and entertainment in mid-town, and less than a mile to Westport, for when you crave a little more exciting evening out. Walk up the hill 3/4 mile south and you are at Loose Park, with it tennis courts and beautiful green space. Property is in need of a lot of TLC, and is an 'odd duck' in the market. The best thing is that it is surrounded by $1M+ properties, the down-side is that it needs a complete makeover.
