Entry by Landlord Landlord may enter the property with 24-hour notice for repairs, inspections, or emergencies as allowed by Washington State law. 12. Move-out Requirements Property must be returned clean and in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear. All keys, remotes, and access cards must be returned on or before move-out. Tenant is responsible for carpet cleaning upon move-out.
