Monthly rate posted is based on double occupancy, 12 month lease, and includes; electric, gas, water/sewer, and trash pickup at roadside. (might help with some wood as well...) No smoking unit! Prefer no pets but may allow if well taken care of...with separate pet agreement and pet deposit. Good references and a completed application are required for consideration!
