Home in South Boulder neighborhood is seeking a mature housemate for a single room and shared bathroom. The home has a large backyard and plenty of street parking right in front of the house. You will share a washer and dryer with one other person. The kitchen and living room areas are shared with two other people (three total, including you). Home comes complete with a friendly older dog and one cat. It is within walking distance to open space and several bus routes. If you want to be a part of living in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, this place is for you. Current housemates are courteous, friendly and very clean! One is a yoga instructor/care taker and the other works at CU Boulder and is the handyman of the house. Information about the rental: Rent is $900.00 a month which includes all utilities. One-year lease is required. Landlord requires a credit/background check and, if approved, then first, last and security deposit. No cigarettes or vape smoking; however the house is moderately 4/20 friendly (outside only, even in winter). Animals will be considered on an individual basis. No use of heavily-scented products, scented candles or plug-ins. Must have the ability to communicate concerns and issues so things can get resolved quickly. We are individuals who wake up early and enjoy quiet evenings most of the time. Respect of communal space such as cleaning up shortly after cooking. No drama please.
