I'm looking for someone to take over my lease from January until August, the rent is $775, landlord takes care of everything except electricity and no deposit required. The apartment is located in downtown on Wabash high across from Wabash 500! 3 min walk to campus. Washer and dryer are included in the apartment. I'm moving out because I'm graduating!
