Dec 2020> New carpet in all closets, bedrooms and hallways Sep 2021: Replaced elevated 10x20 Deck & 20 steps. Added new deck, 20 stairs w/landing, all with a stainless steel cable railing system. April 2022: Added to rear deck a 2-stop 2nd story Cargo Lifts system, stainless steel, 40"X54, with covered roof. Spring 2022: replaced washer, dryer, dish washer, oven and refrigeration with new LG appliances. Feb 2023: Updated both bathrooms.
