Close to NSU college. Utilities must be switched into tenants before keys are released. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and any day after the 3rd will be a $10.00 per day late fee. We will do clean checks on the 15th of each month, we will give you a 24-48 hour notice but tenant does have to be present for us to enter. This is to ensure our properties stay clean and well maintained. If you have a clean check that is 100% we will not return for up to 3 months.
